Founded in love, Chef Michael Ackermans and Singer-Songwriter, Madeline Rae, blend their art forms seamlessly- creating a union that is just as harmonious as their story. Michael and Madeline met in 2019 off the coast of Italy working in the luxury hospitality industry aboard private yachts. In 2021, they moved their talents inland & have been carefully crafting their business to bring their passions together and their vision to life.
ABOUT US
Born in South Florida and relocating to the Southwest of France at the age of 8, Chef Michael had a very colorful and cultural upbringing, which later inspired him to take interest in the culinary arts. After studying three years of Gastronomy in Biarritz, Michael worked in a variety of restaurants around the world, including Paris, Bordeaux, and Los Angeles, CA. Soon after, Michael joined the yachting industry in 2014, working his way up to Bosun on one of the most successful charter yachts in the industry. Later, he transitioned to working as a private chef for some of the wealthiest clients in the world. His culinary style is rich with French tradition, peppered with cultural influence, & executed with a modern, minimalistic touch. Michael is inventive, adventurous, and fun, which definitely shows through in the execution of his dishes. The atmosphere he brings with him is one of The Creative Cheff’s greatest assets.

Madeline Rae is a Texas native and a multi-faceted Singer-Songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business / Songwriting from Dallas Baptist University & uses it to transform the boundaries of traditional songwriting. Madeline joined the industry of yachting in 2018, where she served as a stewardess. She has performed for clients across the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean in addition to the States, and her table-scapes are a work of art. Madeline uses her music to speak truth & connect through story, & she is a master at capturing the room. She is a live performance and studio session vocalist, she teaches voice and songwriting in her own private studio, and she is also the co-founder of the incredible venture known as 'The Creative Cheff’. She has an array of releases on streaming platforms, & continues to write, perform, and record. Alternatively, you may also find her someplace cozy with a hot cup of tea in hand.
